Ordered by this Court That all Persons that are free of this
Company and all other who are free of any other Company and Ye
the trade of a Carpenter shall from hence forth and at all times hereafter have Liberty to binde as many
Apprentizes as they shall thinke [..]
of the Company to the Contract with the Company of Carpenter
[..] any By Lawe of Custom of ye Company to the contrary not withstanding

The Company Takeing the usuall Fees and no more [..] as
hitherto has been taken for Such bindeing.

Ordered That Mr. Younge Mr. Warren Mr. Warden Scott & Mr. Haynes
with ye Clerke doe goe to Sr. Francis Pemberton< no role > & Also St. Bartho:
Shores and take their Opinions abt. ye Act that ye Company Prayer
for in the Comon Councell
