Ordered

That Notwithstanding there was not a full Court at the Election or
Appoyntmt : of the Auditors of the last yeares Accompts the same Auditt
shalbe as good and effectuall as if the same Auditor had been duely
chosen by A full Court.

Ordered

That all expences that shall from time to time casually happen on the
Account of this Company shalbe from time to time brought into the
next Monethly bill so that the same may be handed, otherwise the
same expence shall not be allowed Vules some inst cause be showne to
the contrary

Ordered

That Mr. Younge, Mr. Barder, Mr. Warren and Mr. Champion be A
Comittee to meet the Company of Joyner, concerning A complaint
made agt. the Sawyers and to Act in this matter for this Company as
to them shall seeme best
