same Rent & Covents. of his present Lease In Cons where of he Conveyed
a peice of Freehold Garden Ground lying behind Mr Hanleys House & also
paid £100. more to the Company as a further Cons for the Companys
granting him the Additionll term of 23 years.

The Company Also put their Comon Seal to a Lease granted to
John Glashier< no role > of their Estate at Liphooke wherebyfor the term of 21
Years to Comence from Midsr 1741 [..] at the years Rent of £10.
