Company & John Clark< no role > of Berry Street London Bricklayer that is to [..]
the said Company agrees to let be Lease to the sd. John Clark< no role > the Coach house & a
front house Hanchurch Street late in the posession of John Bourne< no role >
at the Yearly of Rent of £22. payable Quarterly to Comence from Midsumer
day next for the Term of twenty one years [..]

2s:6d in part of the first Quarters Rent as Witness his hand

Kentish
< no role > (that is to say) The said Company agrees to lett the said Mr Kentish The Messuage or
Tenement No:(1) in the New Court in London Wall for one year Certainand half yefrom
Lady day next and half a years warning under the yearly rent of Eighteen Pounds payable
Quarterly & said Mr Kentish agrees to take the said house upon the aforesaid terms and now paid
one shilling in part of the first Quarters Rent As Witness his hand

to take the said House upon the aforesaid Terms and now paid ten shillings & Six pence in part of
the first Quarters Rent as Witness her hand
