[..] Memorandum This 6th. day of Decr. 1737 Samuel Warren< no role > of the parish of St.
Buttolph Bishopgate Carpenter agreed to take the Corner house of
the New Building next adjoining to Mr. Nelson belonging to the
Carpenters Company for One Year [..] certain & half years Warning from Christmas day
next & will pay the Rent of Twenty two Pounds P Annum
Quarterly & Now paid Mr. Renter Warden Plimpton One Shilling in
part of Payment for the Quarters Rent of Witness his hand this day
& year above Written

or their Renter Warden for the time being [..] all Rent wch. shall
grow due for the above Premissed taken by Samuel Warren< no role > in Case

within twenty one days after the Same shall Accine due [..] Witness
