at This day Court sevll. Workmen in the Carpentry way
delivered in their sevll. proposalls [..] in Writing
& Sealed up for the intended Buildings in London wall
which were Read by the Clerk and it appearing that
the proposalls of Jacob Knowles< no role > (being £5 for every great square of building) was were the Cheapest
It is It was now chosen to be the Carpenter to do the work
in the sd. in Leaded new Buildings in Case [..] he [..] used
give the Company 300 good Security for £300 for his performing
the Buildings in a good & workman the manner &
according to & to find Wormanship Nails & Sawins
[..] according to his proposalls given in for that purpose

I Do promise to Execute proper Articles of Apent
for my doing & performing the work According to the
proposalls drawn up by the Company to give [..] good Security for £300 to perform the sd work Witness my hand
this 3d. day of Augt. 1736.
