Aprill the 2nd 1734

Att this Court a Question was put in Relacon to
a Generous offer made by Mr. Boughton at a Court
held the 1st. of Janry last by the Direccon of a Worthy
Member of this Court that he would give this
Comp a peice of Freehold ground to erect alms house
& would lay out the sume of £1000. for & towards
the building & erecting the same Thereupon this
Court [..] have duly Considered thereofand do
Order & Requestdeine Mr. Boughton to Acquaint
the sd. Worthy Member that they will accept of
his generous offer & will endow the Alms houses
he shall so Erect & built in Case he shall [..]
not [..] build above the Number of 10 or 12
almshouse for the support of 10 or 12 Persons &
no more And Mr. Boughton is desired to make
the sd. Worthy Gentlemens Report thereof to the
next Court
