at the yearly Rent of Thirteen Pounds
payable Quarterly to Comence from Michaelmas day live Continuing
the date hereof for One year and an half Certain from that time

doth hereby agree with the said
Company to take the said Premises at Michaelmas next upon the Terms
above menconed and as a Confirmation thereof now paid Mr Warden
Steere the sume of One Shilling in part of the first Quarters
