Memorandum It is this 5th. day of September 1749 Agree between
the Worshipfull Company of Carpenter London of the one part and
Henry Stevenson< no role > of Pater Noster Row & London Peruke Maker of the other part the said
Company do hereby Agree to let to the said Henry Stevenson< no role > All that then
Messuage or Tenement Scituate in Hog Lane late in the Occupation of
Thomas Whittaker< no role > Blacksmith at the yearly Rent of Thirteen Pounds
payable Quarterly to Comence from Michaelmas day live Continuing
the date hereof for One year and an half Certain from that time
And the said Henry Stevenson< no role > doth hereby agree with the said
Company to take the said Premises at Michaelmas next upon the Terms
above menconed and as a Confirmation thereof now paid Mr Warden
Steere the sume of One Shilling in part of the first Quarters
Rent that shall grow due As Witness his hand the day and year above
