Memorandum It is this thirteenth day of December 1748
Agreed between the Worshipfull Company of Carpenter London
on the one part And William Quiby< no role > of Gossby Square London
Labourer of the other part the said Company do hereby Agree
to lett to the said William Quiby< no role > all that their Message or
Tenement Scituate in Fanchurch Street London late in the
Possession of the Widow Ebbitt al the yearly Rent of Seventeen
pounds payable Quarterly to Comence from Christmas in &
fa One year & an half certain And the said William Quiby< no role >
doth hereby Agree to take the said Premises upon the terms above
Menconed and will pay the said Rent of £17. P And by Quarterly
Payments Accordingly and now paid One Shilling in part of payment
of the first Quarter Rent Witness his hand the day & year above
