Carpenter hall London

Memorandum It is this 5th. day of November 1748 Agreed
Between the Carpenter Company of the One part and
Isaac Osborne< no role > of London Wall Currier of the other part
the Said Company do hereby agree to lett to the said Isaac
Osborne
< no role > All that then Messuage or Tenement Scituate in
London Wall and late in the terme of Thomas Wenham< no role >
Al the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds payable Quarterly
to hold from Christmas next for One year and an half
Certain And the said Isaac Osborne< no role > doth Agree [..] to take
the said Premises upon the Burry above menconed & will
[..] pay the said Rent of £6 P Ann Accordingly And
now paid the Warden Steere One Shilling in part of payment
for the paid first Quarter Rent that shall Attend due

between the Worshipfull Company of Carpenter London on the one
part and
Of the other part the said Company do hereby Agree to lett to the said
All that their Messuage or Tenement
No. 4 in Carpenter Buildings late in the Possession of Thomas Hart< no role >
at the yearly Rent of Seventeen pounds payable Quarterly To hold
for One year and an half Certain from Lady day next And the
saidDoth hereby agree to take the said Premises
of the Carpenter Company upon the Terms Above Menconed And
will pay the Rent of Seventeen pounds P Ann Quarterly And the
saidnow paid Mr Warden Steere.
