Mr. Henry Mr. William Henry Fitz Gerald< no role > appeared at this
Court and agreed with the Company to take No. 3 in Carpenter
Buildings . Upon the following terms Vizt. to take sd. pentnes
for One year & a half Certain from Christmas next at the
Yearly Rent of 17th. [..] to be paid Quarterly [..]
[..] the Company to put the Same into a Buantable Repair

Ordered that the Clerk do dream on Agreement in his minute Book for
Said William Henry Fitz gerald< no role > to sign Acording to the above terms

Memorandum It is this [..] first day of [..] Novr. 1748 Agreed Between
the Worshipfull Company of Carpenter, London on the one part and William Henry
Fitz Gerald
< no role > of Coleman Street London Gentleman of the other part the said
Company do hereby Agree to lett to the said Fitz Gerald All that their Message or
Tenement Number 3 in Carpenter Buildings late in the possession of Elizabeth
Bevar
< no role > at the yearly Rent of Seventeen Pounds payable Quarterly
To hold for one year and an half Certain from Christmas next And He said
William Henry Fitz Gerald< no role > doth hereby Agree to take the said premises of the
said Carpenter Company upon the Burry above menconed And will pay the
said Rent of Seventeen Pounds Quarterly Accordingly And now paid
Mr Renter Warden Steere half a Guineain part of the
first Quarters Rent that shall accrue due Witness his hand the day and
year above Written
