Court & desired to be excused Paying the half Quarters Rent Vizt five of might last to Xmas wel Which
by his Agreemt. upon taking said house he was to pay audit appearing at
this Court that Sd Thayne had Imployed the Workman first to said up a
Lease Cole Shed for his own use Which presented the Companys lease being
forwarded therefore this Court would not excuse Sd. Thayne from pying
the sd. half Quaters Rent but on the Contray insisted on his pying he [..]
Mr Pilsonappeared at thisthe Companys Tenant at Norton
Falgate appeared at this Court & Acquaintd the Company that he was
Poor & not able to pay his Arrears of Rent & hop'd that as he was an
Old Tenant the Company wod. consider his poverty. & forgive him [..]
