Court day Septr. 7th. 1742

Ordered that the Master & Wardens & all above the Chair be Appointed
Auditors of Mr. John Bush< no role > s Accounts & that any five of them with the Master
& One Warden to have Power to Act & that 28. instant be the time for that purpose

The Clerk now Read an Agreement between the Comittee appointed by as former
Order of Court & Thomas Roaker< no role > the Companys Tenant at Shakleford Fame
in the Parish of Godalming in the County of Surry Purporting that he the said Thomas
Roaker
< no role > has agreed to take a New Lease of the Fame be now holds of this Company
& under the same Rents & Covenantsat the now holds thefor the term of 31 years
after his now Lease which will Expire at Michaelmas 1744 which Agreement this
Court Concurs & agrees too Accordingly & do Order then Clerk to prepare Leases
According to said Agreemt.

Consented that Charles Smith< no role > the late Apprentice of Benjamin Osgood< no role > be
assigned to Thomas Smith< no role > Cit & Carpenter for the Remr. of his time & paid

Consented that John Tongue< no role > the late Apprentice of Thomas Smith< no role >
be assigned to James Webb< no role > Cit & Carpenter for the Remr. of his time2:6

William Carter< no role > Son of William Carter< no role > of Shoreditch in the County of
Middlesex Carpenter bound to John Thwaits< no role > Cit & Car & by him made free
& paid 14 Quar 3:4 Noninrolmt.2.6

George Pettitt< no role > bound to Christopher Alexander< no role > Cons £20. Q. 2s:8d2:6

Ordered that Mr. Boughton Mr Bowcher Mr Benbridge & Mr Bush be a
Comittee to look into the Pavions work & to order the payment thereof
what they shall think proper & to nest next Monday at 3 for that purpose
at the White Hart in Hog Lane and this Court do desire the said Comittee
will View thepremisescompanys premes in Fanchurch Street & [..] make their
Report to the next Court

with an Accident & his Security not present his Swearing in was deferred till ye Audit day
