Custom resolve and Agree that the Persons here after named
Shall be put in Nomination

In Nomination for upper Warden for the remaining part of
the Year in the Room of the sd. Mr. John Bush< no role > deceased

Mr. John Cordwell< no role > 22 Elected
Mr. Saml. Boughton< no role >
Mr Matw, Deane< no role > and Mr. John Cordwell< no role >
was chosen upper Warden for the remaining Part of the year and
was sworn into his said Office and took his Place accordingly

In Nomination for Middle Warden for the remaining Part
of the Year in the Room of Mr John Cordwell< no role > now chosen upper Warden

Mr. Willm. Champion< no role > 22 Elected
Mr Saml Boughton< no role > 1
Mr Matw, Deane< no role > and the said Mr. Wm. Champion< no role >
was now chosen Middle Warden for the remaining Part of the year
and was sworn into his said Office and took his place accordingly
