Ordered that the Clerk do make the following Declaration to the Livery
of this Company.

Gentlemen I am Order'd by the Master Wardens & Assistants
to acquaint you that you are Sumon'd here this day to chiws as Middle
Warden for the remaining part of the Year in the Room of Mr Thos, Keene< no role >
the Elder your late middle Warden deceased And I do by then Order put in
Nomination for that purpose.

The Clerk in pursuance of the above Order Declared a Vacancy to the
Livery by the death of Mr. Thomas Keene< no role > the Elder our late Middle
Warden and that this Court was Sumon'd to thus & another middle-warden
for the remaining part of the Year in his room & Mr. John Bush< no role > was now
chosen middle warden and Sworn into his Said Office accordingly
