Court day Continued March the 7th: 1737

Mr Barlow (being chosen Beadle)
is discharged from the Court of
Assistants}

Where as Mr Benjamin Barlow< no role > one of the Assistants of this Court was att the last Court of
Assistants held for this Company Chosen Beadle of this Company in the room of Mr Thomas
Barnard deced Therefore Itt is hereby Ordered That the said Benjamin Barlow< no role > be discharged
from being of the Court of Assistants he having degraded himself by his Acceptance of the
Office of Beadle

The Company promises Mr Cole
to tarrass his necessary house
if the same shall be noisome
for want thereof}

Memorandum the Company now promises Mr Cole their Tennant for the New Corner house
in London Wall That If his necessary House shall be anyways noisome for want of being terrassed
The Company will tarrass the same att their own expence

Memorandum Itt was this day agreed between this Company and John Clarke< no role > of Berry Street
London Bricklayer That the said Company should lett a Lease to the said John Clarke< no role > of the Back
House and Front House in Fanchurch Street late in the possession of John Bourn< no role > att the yearly rent
of £22 payable Quarterly to Comence from Midsummer day next for 21 years And said Clarke now
paid Mr Warden Plimpton 2s:6d in part of the first Quarters Rent
