be discharged
from being of the Court of Assistants he having degraded himself by his Acceptance of the
Office of Beadle
The Company promises Mr Cole
to tarrass his necessary house
if the same shall be noisome
for want thereof}
Memorandum the Company now promises Mr Cole their Tennant for the New Corner house
in London Wall
That If his necessary House shall be anyways noisome for want of being terrassed
The Company will tarrass the same att their own expence
