bound to John Lawrence< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London was now by testimony of his said
Master made Free

Ranson to Hewster

Consented That Robert Ranson< no role > the late Apprentice of John Rider< no role > having sued out his
Indentures be assigned to George Hewster< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London for the remainder of
his Apprenticeship

Renter Warden's Bond sealed

This Day The New Renter Warden's Bond was executed and putt into the Chest

Master & Wardens sworn

Mr John Prater< no role > Mr Joseph Chitty< no role > Mr Thomas Haddon< no role > and Mr Robert Plimpton< no role > Master and
Wardens for the year ensuing tooke the usuall Oaths and their places accordingly

Audtiors appointed

Ordered That the Master and Wardens and all above the Chair or the Major part of them do auditt
the late Renter Wardens Accompts att the Compting house att the Hall on Tuesday the 20th day of
September att Nine of the Clock in the Morning

Hospitall }

John Powell< no role > and John Musgrave< no role > were nominated for this Court to choose one of them to be
admitted into Godalming Hospitall in the room of Henry Hampton< no role > deced and John Powell< no role > was
elected accordingly

A New sash Frame for the Mar
& Wardens Names}

Ordered That Mr Warden Horton do make a New sash Frame for the Master and Wardens Names
to be putt up in the Hall

Lease of a house att London Wall
to Mr Cole}

This Day Mr John Gandell< no role > of the Parish of Allhallows on the Wall London Peruke Maker agreed to take
for Mr Richard Cole< no role > The New Built Messuage or Tenemt next adjoyning to the said Mr Gandells fronting
London Wall for 7, 14 or 21 years att the yearly rent of £19 payable Quarterly to Comence from
Christmas next but said Cole is to pay seven Guineas upon the executing a Lease upon the above forms
But in Case said Cole Comes into possession of the house before Christmas next he is to pay half a Quarters
Rent att the rate of £19 P ann (if the house is ready by Michas day next and said Gandell now paid
Mr Warden Horton one shilling in part of the first Quarters rent

Committee to inspect the
Workmen's Bills}

Ordered That the Mar and Wardens Mr Thomas Bowcher< no role > Mr Boughton Capt Wilmer, Mr Boddell
Mr Edward Bowcher< no role > Mr Norman & Mr Deane be a Committee to inspect & look into the Workmens
Bills for the New Buildings in London Wall & to sign & allow the same And that the said Committee do
meet att the Compting house att the Hall next Friday att ten o'Clock for that purpose

South Sea Stock to be sold

Ordered That Mr Warden Horton do sell this Company's South Sea Stock being £609:7s:6d

New sashes & Frames for the Clerk's
Dining Room}

Ordered that Mr Warden Horton make New sash Frames and Glaze the Windows in the Clerks
Dining Room

Work to be done att Mr Johnson's
late Foxley's in Lyme Street }

Ordered That Mr Warden Horton do the following Work att Mr Johnson's house (late Foxleys) in
Lyme Street (Vizt.) To make a New Curb & door & inclose the Bulk , A New Floor up one paire of
Stairs & some other little triffling Jobbs
