of his said Master made free .

Lewis Johns< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London and afterwards assigned (by Gerard Hatley< no role > Admr
to the said Johns) to John Beard< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London was now by testimony of his

Ordered That Mr Joseph Pitches< no role > and Mr John Baker< no role > do the Painters Work in the New
Buildings in London Wall according to their Proposalls given in this day to the Company which
is to do the New Inside Painting once in Size and Twice in Oyle att 4s P Yard, New outside
Painting three times in Oyle att 5s P Yard, Sash Frames three times in Oyle att 9s each, Sash
Sqaures 3 times in Oyle att 9s P dozen, Window Lights att 2d each and Casements att 2s each
And Itt is further agreed and Ordered by the said Company That if there shall be nine houses built
Mr Baker is to paint five of them and Mr Pitches the other four And if there shall be but 8 houses
built then they are to paint four each or any other equal number.
