Spectacle Maker deced who was bound to Samuel Hone< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London and Afterwards
assigned to Richard Bolton< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London was by testimony of his said
Master Richard Bolton< no role > made free

Anger

Benjamin Anger< no role > Son of John Anger< no role > late of Coome in the County of Somersett
Tucker deced who was bound to Thomas Blackall< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London was
now by testimony of his said Master made free

Legg to Goswell

Consented that Robert Legg< no role > the late Apprentice of Richard Wastie< no role > Citizen and Carpenter
of London be Assigned to William Goswell< no role > Citizen and Armourer and Brasier of London
for the remainder of his Apprenticeship

Parishe's sending their poor
to Godalming Hospitall to
give security for their Buriall
in case of death there}

The Churchwardens of Godalming desired the favour of this Court make an Order that
before and Poor Man belonging to any other Parish should be admitted into the Almshouses
att Godalming such Parish should give Security to indemnifye the Parish of Godalming from the Charge
of Burying such Poor man in case he should dye in the said Almshouses Thereupon Itt is
ordered That before any such Poor Man shall be admitted into the said Almshouses The Parish
presenting such Poor Man shall give security to the Parish of Godalming to indempnifye them
from the Charge of his Buriall in case he shall dye in the said Almshouses And that the Clerk do
write Letters to the Churchwardens of the severall Parishes to acquaint them therewith

South Sea Stock

Mr Warden Haddon now reported that he had received Nine Pounds two shillings and nine
pence for half a years Dividend on £609:7s:6d South sea stock due att Midsummer last

South Sea Annuities

As also Forty two Pounds eleven shillings and three pence for halfe a years Dividend on
£2128:2s:6d New South Sea Annuities due att Midsummer last

Renter Wardens Bondseald{

This Day the New Renter Warden's Bond was executed and left in the Clerks hands till
next Court day

elected for the yeare ensuing took the usuall Oaths and their places accordingly

Auditors appointed

Ordered That the Master and Wardens and all above the Chaire or the Major part of
them do auditt the late Renter Warden's Accounts att the Compting house att the Hall
on Tuesday the seventeenth instant att nine of the Clock in the Morning

Gardner's Bill to be paid

Ordered That the Renter Warden pay the Gardner's Bill being two pounds & eight pence

Pavermt att the Hall
Gate to be taken up}

Ordered that the Pavement att the Hall Gate be taken up to see if there is any of
the Pipes broke-and that Mr Fordham do have the management of the Repairs
and to be at half charge [..] if Company shall to think fitt.

Mr Golborne Lease of 2
houses in London Wall
delivered up & Cancelled

Mr Golborne Executor of Mr John Chamberlaine< no role > who was Lessee to this Company
now appeared and produced and Lease from this Company to the said Chamberlaine of two
house in London Wall which Lease expires att Christmas next but the said houses being
now empty the said Mr Golborne desired that the said Lease might be now Cancelled and
he would pay the rent to Christmas next and all taxes to that time which this Company
agreed to And the said Mr Golborne paid the Renter Warden Fifteene Pounds being in full
of all demands And the said Lease was now Cancelled accordingly
