payment of his rent And the Clerk was ordered to stay proceedings in the meane time

Streete excused his rent
upon delivering up his Lease
to be Cancelled}
Mr Warden Haddon and Mr Russell acquainted this Court that they had taken a View
of the Comapanys house in Fenchurch Streete
in the possession of Mr Hamilton which
was very much out of repaire and said Hamilton now appeared and told the Company he was
poor and not able to pay his rent And that if the Company would release him of his rent
He would Cancell his Lease and quitt possession that the Company might have another
Tenant Thereupon itt was agreed and Ordered That said Hamilton should be released from
all rent due to the Company upon delivering up the Lease and quitting Possession of his
House which he now did accordingly

now appeared and made Proposalls to the Company to take a Lease
of the said Hamilton's house for 21 yeares under the same rents and Covenants as in said
Hamilton's Lease which was agreed to accordingly-Ordered That the Clerk do
prepare a Lease for that purpose against the next Court
Mr Warden Haddon to insure
the said house from fire}
Ordered that Mr Warden Haddon do insure the said House from Fire which is non lett
to the said

The Lease of the Company House att Henly upon Thomas was read in relacon to
repaires Thereupon itt was requested that if any of this Court went that way they were
desired to look into the same and to make their report thereof
