Ordered that the Present Clerk and Beadle be further continued in their respective
Offices for one yeare longer as before

Ordered That the Renter Warden do pay Nathaniel Poole< no role > Clerk to this Company
Tenn Pounds as the Usuall present given him for his extraordinary Services done for this
Company for the yeare past

Poors Rate

Ordered that the Renter Warden do pay the Poor Rate due for the Clerk and Beadles
houses att Christmas last

£50 to the Poore

Ordered that Fifty Pounds be distributed amongst the poor Members of this Company att ten
shillings each on tuesday the Fifteenth instant at the Hall

Mr Boughton's report that he
Had bought £300 new South Sea
annuities}

Mr Boughton now reported that he had £300 new South Sea Annuities And that the
Company had accepted the same for which Mr Boughton had received three hundred & twelve
pounds And the ballance due to the Company after all Charges allowed was Tenn Pounds seven
shillings and eleven pound which he paid to Mr Warden Haddon and took his receipt for the same
and Mr Boughton's Note was taken out of the Chest and delivered to him

A Generous Offer made by
a Worthy Member and the
Companys Concurrence therewith}

Att this Court a Motion was made by Mr. Boughton at the request of a Member of this
Company that he would give this Company a peice of Freehold Ground to erect some Almshouses
Thereon for the Poore of this Company and would give one Thousand Pounds for and towards
erecting the same in Case this Company would endow the said Almshouses Thereupon and on
debate of the Matter the Question was putt Whether this Court would accept of such generous
offer And this Court did now accept of the said offer accordingly with many thanks to the said
Worthy Member

Bank Stock

The Renter Warden now reported that he had reced eight pounds thirteene
shillings and eleven pence for half a years dividend on three hundred and sixteen
pounds five Shillings due att Michaelmas last
