money twenty six pounds five shillings

The Company resolucon
touching Mr Preston's
houses}

Mr Preston and Mr Fordham now appeared and severally bid for two Messuages or
Tenements lett by Lease to John Hudgbout< no role > which Lease expires att Michas next
Thereupon and on a full debate of the matter Itt is now resolved and Ordered That the said
Two Messuages shall not be lett to any person whatsoever untill Mr Cooban's Lease of the
Dog and Beare Inn And also Mr Chamberlains Lease of his Tenements shall expire

to be advertized in Gazette}

Ordered That the Clerk do putt an Advertisement in the next Saturdays Gazette That-
the Company will att their next Court being Tuesday the fifth of September next receive
proposalls in writing sealed up for letting a building Lease of Ground att London Wall
whereon now stand The Dog and Beare Inn And two Messuages or Tenements on earth
side the same

of a houses att London Wall }

Ordered That the Master and Wardens Mr Thomas Bowcher< no role > Mr Thomas Dawson< no role >
Mr Thomas Boddell< no role > Mr Thomas Willmor< no role > be a Committee to take a view of this Companys
houses att London Wall And That they meete att the Hall for that purpose on Thursday the
Third instant att ten of the Clock in the forenoon And do make their report thereof to the
next Court

Beef &C as usuall}

Ordered That the Clerke do write a Letter to Mr Ackland att the Red Lyon att Godalming
to provide the Beef & c as usuall against Tuesday the 15th: instant
