be assigned to his Father William Pinckney< no role > Citizen and Framework knitter of London for
the remainder of his Apprenticeshipp .

Consented That Thomas Cole< no role > bound to John Dyer< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London
be assigned to John Shirley< no role > Citizen and Carpenter of London for the remainder of his

South Sea Stock

Mr Warden Osgood reported that he had received Fifty two pounds for halfe a yeares
Dividend for £2600 South Sea Stock due att Christmas last

Ordered for the future That Mr Renter Warden Osgood and all succeeding Renter Wardens
of this Company shall not att any time or times hereafter receive any Interest on South Sea
Stock, South Sea Annuities Bank Stock or East India Bonds without the Clerks of this
Company is present with the Present Renter Warden or any succeeding Renter Wardens to
receive the same.

This Day the Company granted a Lease to Mr John Everatt< no role > of a Messuage att
Norton Falgate for Nineteene yeares from Christmas last att the yearly rent of
Twenty Four pounds.

Counsellor Bunburys
Opinion on an old Bond}

The Clerke now read to this Court an Old Bond dated the 18th- day of August 1643 given by
the Chamber of London to this Company for £260 And afterwards read Mr Bunbury's Opinion
thereon which was as follows (Vizt) after such a length of time the Bond will be presumed
to be satisfyed unlesse there have been demands made since or the Obligees can prove
payment of Interest lately Thereupon The Court not being satisfyed with the above
Opinion Now Ordered The Clerke to take Mr Lutwich's Opinion thereon which should be
conclusive.

Cl ordered a Guinea for
the Rent Roll}

The Clerke now paid before this Court a Particular or Estimate of the Company's
Estate in generall And this Court approved thereof And Ordered That the Renter Warden
do pay the Clerke one Guinea for the same.
