Poore in St James's Gift
increased from 40 to 50:
And their pay increased to
12s: each}

A Mocon was now made to increase the Poore on St James's Gift Vizt from Forty (that
being the Old Number) to Fifty And also to increase their pay and make them all alike and pay
them Twelve shillings oath that being the highest payment on the said Gift And that the first
Fifty out of the List of the Generall Poore shall be paid the next payment and Remaineing
Fifty Poore to be paid the yeare following and so to be changed every Yeare Thereupon and
Upon Debate of the Matter Itt is now Ordered Accordingly.

Mary Good< no role > games Proposalls
for taking Mr Reddishs house
witht Bishopgate }

Mary Goodgame< no role > now appeared and proposed to take a Lease of Mr Reddish's house without
Bishopgate and would pay Eight Pounds P Ann Rent if the Company would putt the same in
good repaire Thereupon the Court considering thereof would come to no resolucon with any
body till they had repaired the same.

Order to Paint Whitewash &
beautifye the Passage from
the Clerks house to the Hall Gate
Mr Fordham being a third of
the Charge}

Mr Fordham now appeared and desired the favour of this Company to paint Whitewash and
beautifye the Passage from the Clerks house to the Hall Gate way And the Court considering
thereof asked Mr Fordham if he would pay a Third of the Charge which he agreed to
Thereupon Itt is now Ordered Accordingly.

Order to repaire and paint the
Stand}

Ordered That the Renter Warden do putt the Company's stand in good Repaire and
paint the same.

Assignees of Haworth
desire to cancell his Lease}

Mr Everatt Under tennant to Mr Haworth the Companys Tennt att Norton Falgate Appeared
& accquainted this Court that Mr Haworth was a Bankrupt And that the Assignees in the Comicon
desired the Company would quitt them as Tennants and Cancell the Lease Thereupon Itt was
Ordered that the Clerke do attend the Assignees and Cancell the same.

Everatt his Undertennt desires
to take a Lease of same Prmes}

Then Mr Everatt desired the Company would grant him a Lease of the same Prmisses for the
remainder of the Terme and under the same rents & Covents, Which was Ordered accordingly.

Whereas Mr Thomas Willmor< no role > the Master of this Company cant with Conveniency att present
attend the Company Thereupon Mr Thomas Dawson< no role > was now chosen Deputy Master.

Bank Stock

Mr Warden Osgood reported that he had received Eight pounds thirteen shillings and
eleven pence for halfe a yeares Dividend of £316.5s Bank Stock due attChristmasMichaelmas
last.
