Thereupon Itt is Ordered That the Clerke do prepare a Speciall Draft of a Lease for
Mr Berriman according to his proposalls and add to the Schedule a Workshop that the
Said Mr Berriman hath built behind his house.
The Question was now putt whether Mr Stoneyeare should pay Eighty Ninety or
One hundred pounds P Ann for Mr Mead's house in Lyme streete And itt was carried
att Ninety pounds P Ann if he tooke a Lease Itt is thereupon Ordered That the Clerke
do prepare a Draft accordingly if the said Mr Stoneyeare consents thereto.
