< no role > Citizen & Carpenter be assigned to John Buckland< no role > Citizen & Carpenter for
the remainder of his Apprenticeshipp .

Mr Prater Assistant

Mr John Prater< no role > appeared upon Sumons to come upon the Court of Assistants &
paid Twelve pounds as a Fine for Renter Warden & tooke his Place in the Court of
Assistants accordingly.

Mr Chitty Assistant

Mr Joseph Chitty< no role > also appeared upon Sumons to come upon the Court of Assistants
& paid Twelve pounds as a Fine for Renter Warden & tooke his Place in the
Court of Assistants Accordingly.

Mr Osgood Sumoned

Mr Osgood likewise appeared upon Sumons to come upon the Court of Assistants
but he refused to pay his fine for Renter Warden but said he would serve the
Company.

South Sea Stock

Mr Samuell Boughton< no role > paid into the Chest Fifty two pounds which he reced
for halfe a years Dividend of the South Sea Company on Two thousand Six
hundred pounds & the Company gave him a Note for the delivery of the Same
Attested by Mr Boddell Mr Moore Mr Dawson & the Cl.

to fetch May to the Hall on May day next.

Proposalls for taking
a Lease of a house
in Lymestreete }

Mr Stoneyear appeared & proposed to the Company that he would take a Lease
for 21 Years of Mr Meads house in Lyme streete after the expiracon of Mr
Meads Lease & pay £80 P Ann Rent & to Pence all Wainscoateing & Marble
Slabbs that are now in the house & agreed to schedule the same.

Ordered That the Cl do draw up Proposalls & gett the same signed by
Mr Stoneyear & lay before the Company next Court day for their Approbacon.
