Court continued Decr. ye. 3d. 1723 .

Intrest. on B. Anuities.

The Renter Warden reported That he had reced Thirty pounds for three
months Interest of £2400, Bank Anuities due Michas last.£30.

S. S. Bond.

The South Sea Bond for £200. and the Policies of Insurance on the Hall etc
were putt in to the Chest, and the Renter Wardens Note taken out.

Woodcock Affair referred

The Clerk informing this Court that Woodcock (a Person who this Company
had Sued for £15. on a Note given to one John Skyes< no role > ) had agreed to referr the
matter in difference to Arbitration, and had accordingly named Mr.
Eyre his Clerk in Court as Arbitrator on his Side It is thereupon Ordered
that the Same be referred, And that Mr. Lancaster Junr. who is Clerk in
Court for this Company be the arbitrator for this Company agt. the sd.
Mr. Eyre.

£10. to Smith.

Ordered That the Renter Warden to pay to John Archer< no role > tenn pounds in full
for Smith's Work done at the Hall.

Feilder a Pentioner .

Ordered That Margery Feilder< no role > be admitted a Pentioner when a Vacansy
shall happen in Turn.
