Street was read & agreed to, and he is to be allowed three pounds
three shillings out of his Rent for making a Sky light. a Copy of
which Proposal follow's, Vizt. I being very desirous to be yor. Worships Senant
take freedom to make a further Pposal. I offerd yor. Worships £18. P ann for a Lease
of 14 years & did hope you would repair it, which Offer you was pleas'd to reject. I am
therefore now inclined to give you ye. same rent & for ye. term of 21 years. Pvided your
Worships will cause a Sky light to be made over ye. Stair Case, all other Repairs shall
