£35. to the poor.

Ordered That thirty five pounds be distributed amongst the poor
Members of this Company in manner following Vizt., For the Western
Walk eighteen pounds fifteen shillings, For the Eastern tenn pounds, &
for the Southern six pounds five shillings.

pounds fifteen shillings as above on ye. ninth day of this instant Janry.

Ordered That Mr. Wardens Dawson & Willm. Ogbourn< no role > Esqr ., Mr.
Thomas Bowcher< no role > & Mr. Edward Bowcher< no role > be desired to go the Eastern
Walk to dispose of the sd. tenn pounds as above on the tenth day of this
instant Janry.

S.S. Bonds recd. by Renter
Warden.

The Renter Warden reced ye. South Sea Bonds for two hundred pounds out
of the Chest in order to receive ye. Interest due thereon at Xtmas. last.

Mr. Olivers Bond delived
up.

Mr. Oliver's, the late Renter Warden's Bond was taken out of the Chest &
delivered to him to be cancelled.

Cl & Beadle new chosen.

Ordered That the present Clerk & Beadle be further continued in their
respective Offices, as before, for one Year longer.

Repairs in Clr. Garden.

Ordered That the Border Boards in the Clerks Garden be taken up & be
new sett with hard & handsome red Bricks & the Ceiling in the little Room
under the Leads be white washed & that the Renter Warden do see the
same done forthwith.

Ordered That Robert Graves< no role > be admitted a Pentioner when a Vacansy
shall happen in Turn.

Jones.

Ordered That Lettice Jones< no role > & Ann Haynes< no role > be likewise admitted

Company tenn pounds as the usuall present given him for his extraordinary
