Rentr Warden Boddell £60. being by him recd. for a years
Intrest. of £2400: Bank Annuities due at Michas last in Trust
& for ye. Use of this Company, And the Sd Stock was [..] on the 24th
of Janry last, transferred by the Sd. Mr Boughton to the
Prsent Mar. & Wardens, who this day declared a Trust thereof
for the Company's Use wch. was put into the Chest, And Mr
Boughton's Bond [..] taken out & delivered to him.
