the Death of Mr. Wm. Ayscough< no role > the late Upper Warden in the follow manner

Iam ordered to acquaint You that your late Worsley
Upper Warden Mr. William Ayscough< no role > is dead & that You are summoned
here this day to chuse a New Upper Warden in his Worn for the
remaining Part of the Year For Which Purpose the Master
Wardens & Court of Assistants will with draw & agree on proper
Persons to be put in Nomination.
