Ordered

That the Clerk do declare the Vacancy of a Middle
Warden to this Worshipful Company by the death of Mr Thomas
Jernegan
< no role > the late Middle Warden in the fold manner Vizt

Gentlemen

I am ordered to acquaint you that your late worthy
Middle Warden Mr Thomas Jernegan< no role > is dead, and that
you are summoned here this day to chuse a New Middle
Warden in his room for the remaining part of the Year And for
that purpose the Master Wardens & Assistants will withdraw
and agree on proper person to be put in nomination

Gentlemen

The Master Wardens and Assistants have agreed
that the following persons be put in nomination for Middle
Warden of this Company for the remaining part of the Year
in the room of Mr Thomas Jernegan< no role > your late Middle
Warden deced

Mr Samuel Hanning< no role > 25
Mr Richard Jupp< no role > 1

Whereupon Mr Samuel Hanning< no role > was declared duly
