And most of the Livery.

Ordered that the Clerk do Declare the Vacancy of a Middle Warden to
this Worshipfull Company by the Death of Mr. Emanuel Johnson< no role > the late
MiddleWarden in the following manner Vizt.

Gentlemen

I am Ordered to acquaint you that your late Worthy Middle Warden
Mr. Emanuel Johnson< no role > is dead And that you are Summoned here this day to
Chuse a New Warden in his Room for the Remaining Part of the Year And for that
Purpose the Master Wardens and Assistants will withdraw and Agree on Proper
Persons to be Putt in Nomination.

Gentlemen

The Master Wardens and Assistants have agreed that the
following Persons be Putt in Nomination for Middle Warden of this Company
for the Remaining Part of the Year in the Room of Mr. Emanuel Johnson< no role > Your
late Middle Warden deceased .

Henry Sharpe< no role > Esqr . 4.
Mr. Abraham Pullen< no role > 2.

Whereupon Isaac Ware< no role > Esqr was Declared duly Elected.
