At a General Court held at Carpenters Hall
London on Thursday the 25th. day of Octr. 1759

Present The Upper and Middle Warden and most of
the Livery.

Ordered that the Clerk do Declare the Vacancy of a Renter Warden
to this Worshipfull Company by the Death of Mr. Henry Bosley< no role > the
late Renter Warden in the following manner Vizt.

Gentlemen

I am Ordered to acquaint you that your late Worthy
Renter Warden Mr. Henry Bosley< no role > is dead And that you are
Summon'd here this Day to Chuse a New Warden in his Room for the
Remaining Part of the Year. And for that Purpose the Master Wardens
and Assistants will with draw and Agree on proper Persons to be put
in Nomination.

Gentlemen

The Master Wardens and Assistants have agreed that
the following Persons be putt in Nomination for Renter Warden of this
Company for the Remaining Part of the Year in the Room of Mr. Henry
Bosley
< no role > your late Renter Warden deceased

Mr. John Holden< no role > 22. Elected
Mr. Saunders Oliver< no role > 2.
Mr. Thomas Brown< no role > 0.

Whereupon Mr. John Holden< no role > was Declared duly Elected.
