Memorandum it is this 17th. day of March 1757 Agreed to between the Master
Wardens & Comonally of the Worship full Company of Carpenters London of the One
part And David Davidson< no role > of the parish of All hallowes on the Wall London Broker
of the other Part, in Manner following the sd. Company Do here by Agree to Lett by Lease
to the sd. David Davidson< no role > All the of here Messnages or Tenements with the Appurte names there to
belonging Now in the Possession of Thomas Head< no role > & the Occupation of his under tenants (Vizt)
Messrs. Davidson, Tomkins, King, Sedger, Luck, and Vooght, To hold into the said David-
Davidson
< no role > for the Term of Twenty One Yeares, from Mid sumer day which will be in the Year
of our Lord One thonsand Seven hundred and Fifty (Eight Excepting Eleven days) att the Yearly
Rent of Twenty four Pounds payable quarterly free from all Taxes Rates & Assesments wt. So over
[..] with such usuall Covents as are Jucerted in the Companys Leases And the said David-
Davidson doth here by Agree to Take a Lease of the said Messes or Tenements & Premer with
the Appurts of the said Company upon the Terms above mentioned, And also doth further
Agree to Lay out & Expend the Sume of One hundred and Fifty Pounds in good & Substantiall
Repairs upon the said premisses with in the tune & Spare of Two Yeares from the date of the
said lease, And also to Execute a Counter part of such Lease to the Company when the same
shall be offered, And the said David Davidson< no role > to Confirm the sd. abovementioned Agreement
hath paid the Sume of One Shilling to the sd. Mar & Wardens in part of the first quartery
