Memorandum it is Agreed this 10th. Day of March 1749 between the Worshipfull
Company of Carpenters London of the One part And Sarah Bathorne< no role > -of the parish of Saint
Catherine Colman Widow of the other part the said Company doth hereby agree to Lett unto the said
Sarah Hathorne< no role > All that their Messuage or Tenement No. 6. in Carpenters Buildings late
in the Occupation of Margarett Rogers< no role > at the yearly Rent of Seventeen pounds payable quarterly
To Hold the same from Lady day next ensueing the date hereof for the Term of three Yeares certaine
from that Time And the said Sarah Hathorne< no role > doth hereby agree with the said Company to Take the
said premisses at Lady day next upon the Terms above mentioned And as a Confirmation there of now-
paid Mr. Warden Denning the Sume of One Shilling in part of the first Quarters Rent that shall
grow due as Wittness her hand the Day & Year abovewritten.
