of the Other part the said Company doth hereby
Agree to Lett unto the said William Cole< no role >
all that their Messuage or Tenement in Fox & bounds [..]
in Bishops gate Street without late in the Occupation of Robert Witts< no role >
att the Yearly Rent of
Eight pounds payable quarterly to Comence from Lady day next ensueing the date hereof for
the Term of One Year & half certain from that time And the said William Cole< no role >
doth hereby
Agree with the said Company to Take the said premisses att Lady day next upon the Terms
abovemenconed And as a Confirmation thereof now paid Mr. Warden Denning the Sume
of One Shilling in part of the first quarters Rent that shall grow due As Wittness his hand
