This Committee, in pursuance of a
Resolution of the House Committee, of the
14th. instant, met to consider whether any,
and what alteration can be made, with
respect to the Diet of the Prisoners; and
having duly Considered the same and the
consulted the Steward and Medical Officers
thereupon:

Resolved that in future the Prisoners
be allowed the following Diet or Food in
lieu of the Provision they have heretofore
had, Vizt.

That they be allowed One Quartern
Loaf of Bread per day, for every Seven Persons,
to be provided by the Hospital, independant
of the Contract with the Steward.

That on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays
and Fridays, they have One Pound of meat
each
