Upon the complaint of [..] Mr Rundle that the
Coals were bad, the Committee inspected them & found
there very bad

The Committee also inspected the Bath & found it
not in a state fit for use, non likely to be so, except
in the summer time; so that the order of bathing the
Women prisoners cannot be complied write at present.
The Governors present are of opinion that a new bathing
tub provided, to be supply the place of the old ones
which they find to have been long worn out & lost:
