there are 14 Soldiers Sick & Woundedand lame
and 3 Women who came extremely
diseased and incapable of Labor
besides 5 Helpless Children
Who so for from being proper objects of this Charity
are sent here directly contrary to the Intent and
Spirit of the Charter
