as shall be Ordered by a Court or Committee of Governors,
and as his House or Apartments will conveniently
admit, but shall an no account, receive any Boy.
even on liking, without the direction of the House
Committee.

That the Artsmasters should not receive Lodgers
into their Houses, nor any Inmates without the
consent of the House Committee.

That they should deligently in street their
Apprentices in their Trade.

That if any Apprentice should run away or should
pass a Night out of the Hospital without leave first
obtained from the President, Treasurer, or House
Committee, his Master shall give immediate notice
thereof in writing at the Clerks Office.

That no Master shall give his Apprentices
leave to go out or Sundays before Evening Service.

That no indulgence contrary to the Rules of
the Hospital be granted to any Apprentice, except
on the Personal application of his Master to the
President or Treasurer.

That the Artsmasters should regularly attend
Divine Service every Sunday Morning and Afternoon
together with their respective Apprentices.

That they should Walk in the Procession at
Easter, and comply with all such Orders of the
Courts or Committees, as shall be made from time
to time, for their conduct and regulation.

In considering a system of Regulations for the
Admission of Apprentices it appeared to your
Committee that a Covenant in the Indenture made
