The Minutes of the last Court were Read & confirmed.

The Minutes of the House Committee, of the following
days, were read, whereby it appeared,

Wednesday, 5th. Decr. 1798.

That the Committee had approved of the Right Hon:
Henry Dundas< no role > , Samuel Leightonhouse< no role > , Esqre . and Mr.
Wm. King< no role > , to be Governors of these Hospitals.

And had consented, that the Lease of a Farm at Cliff's
End , in Kent , should be granted to Mr. Jas. Petley< no role >

And had ordered the Clerk to write to the Commissioners
for the Sale of the Land Tax, to acquaint them of the
intention of the Governors to redeem & Purchase the
Land Tax; payable out of the different Farms & Land
belonging to these Hospitals.
