Continued Thursday 26th. April 1798 .

at the same Rents they then paid to their Landlords
Provided the same were in the Opinion of the Surveyor
a fair Valuation for the Houses they Occupied.

And had Ordered the Surveyor to View the premises
in Bridewell precinct the Leases of which were near
Expiring and to Report his Opinion as to the best mode
of letting them in future

And had Authorized the Steward to Pay Five Guineas
towards the Expence of Watering New Bridge Street

The Minutes of the Bethlem Committee of the 23rd. March
last were Read and Confirmed Whereby It Appeared.

That the Committee had Contracted for Meat for Six
Months and for Baking Bread Beer Milk Straw Candle
Slops and Cloathing for Twelve Months from Lady day
last.

The Minutes of the Committee of Auditors of the 18th. April
Instant were Read and Confirmed Whereby It Appeared.
That the Committee had Audited the Accounts of both Hospitals
and Signed them. Also their Annual Report And that the
Sums which were in the Hands of the Different Officers.
Amounted to £1310..12..2

The following Report from the Committee of Auditors was
then Read.
