<p n="2069">the Estate of Sarjeant who is insolvent and retain all the<lb></lb>
Materials upon the Premises and that the Assignees should<lb></lb>
release the Hospital from all Claims for the work done and<lb></lb>
Materials provided by him and the Committee recommended to<lb></lb>
the Court that the above proposal should be accepted.</p>
<p n="2070">And that the Committee had Ordered that the Surveyor<lb></lb>
should prepare the Particulars and Estimate of the expence<lb></lb>
of Building a Mens Prison agreeably to the Plans and<lb></lb>
Elevations approved of by the Committee on the 11th. February<lb></lb>
and that Advertizements should be inserted for receiving<lb></lb>
proposals for executing the Works.</p>
<p n="2071">And had Ordered that a Green Baize Door should be<lb></lb>
made for the Committee Room</p>
<p n="2072">And that decent Cloathing should be provided for<lb></lb>

<p n="2073">And that an Advertizement should be inserted in the Papers<lb></lb>
informing the Public that there are frequently Female Prisoners<lb></lb>
in the House who discover favorable dispositions to become<lb></lb>
useful Servants</p>
<p n="2074">The Minutes of the Bethlem Committe of the following days were<lb></lb>
read whereby it appeared</p>
<p n="2075">March 22d.</p>
<p n="2076">That the Committee were of Opinion the repairs recommended<lb></lb>
by the Surveyor as absolutely necessary to be done for the preservation<lb></lb>
of <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20210_geo209">the Hospital</rs>

and Candles for Six Months and for Beer Milk Straw Slops</p>
