Balances signed by the Committee of Auditors that a full and particular<lb></lb>
abstract thereof and of the general concerns of both Hospitals be annually<lb></lb>
prepared and printed under the direction of the Committee of Auditors and laid<lb></lb>
before the general Court in April and that a Copy of the same be sent<lb></lb>
annually to each Governor and given to every visitor at the Stewards Feast in<lb></lb>

<p n="4230">Resolved that there be kept a Book containing regular and sufficient<lb></lb>
extracts from all Wills wherein these Hospitals are or may be interested and<lb></lb>
also the time when the Treasurer receives any Legacy thereby given a book<lb></lb>
containing in proper Order all the Rules and Orders with the duties of the<lb></lb>
several Officers and Servants belonging to both Hospitals and also a<lb></lb>
Book containing a Correct lift of the Governors and future Benefactors<lb></lb>
with the amount of each Benefaction likewise Books of Schedules Views<lb></lb>
Estimates Abstracts and Assignments of Leases and such other Books<lb></lb>
as may from time to time be found necessary and be directed by any of the<lb></lb>
Committees</p>

Legacies and Benefactions be laid on the Table at every Court at all<lb></lb>
Meetings of the House Committee and Committee of Auditors.</p>

Records and without Books and<lb></lb>
deposit same in same secure place<lb></lb>
and not delivered out of the Hospl. without on<lb></lb>
Order in Writing from the President or Treasr.</note>

<p n="4234">Resolved that all Records and antient Books and Writings of value<lb></lb>
belonging to the Hospitals be collected together and arranged by the Clerk<lb></lb>
and deposited in some secure and suitable place and not delivered or<lb></lb>
taken out of the Hospital without an Order in writing from the President or<lb></lb>
Treasurer.</p>

Hospital to be advertized in the public papers<lb></lb>
and that no Leases be granted above one<lb></lb>
year in Reversion and that every Lease<lb></lb>
contains a Covenant for paymt. of the Rent at<lb></lb>
the Stewards Office Bridewell Hospital</note>

<p n="4236">Resolved that there be a constant exertion to improve the Prevencies for<lb></lb>
which purpose that all Houses and Estates whatsoever belonging to the<lb></lb>
Hospital be let to the highest responsible Bidder after several Advertizements<lb></lb>
in the proper public Papers and that no Leases be granted above one year in<lb></lb>
reversion or any consideration whatsoever and that every Lease contain<lb></lb>
a covenant for payment of the Rents at the Stewards Office in Bridewell<lb></lb>
Hospital.</p>
<p n="4237"> <note type="authorial" place="margin">Steward of Bridewell to be the Procr.<lb></lb>
subject to the inspection of the Treasr.</note>
<lb></lb>
Resolved that the Steward of Bridewell be the Receiver subject to the<lb></lb>
inspection of the Treasurer of all Rents Arrears and Annuities except those<lb></lb>
from the Orphan Stock and any of the public funds and that he pay the<lb></lb>
same to the Treasurer as soon as received</p>
<p n="4238"> <note type="authorial" place="margin">Hospitals to insure all their Houses &<lb></lb>
Buildings and the some to be added to<lb></lb>
the Tenents Rents the Sum proper to be<lb></lb>
instead to be as certained by the Clerk and<lb></lb>
Surveyor and that the Lease contain a<lb></lb>
covenant to rebuild in case of loss to the amount<lb></lb>
insured and recovered</note>

<p n="4239">Resolved that the Houses and Buildings belonging to the Hospitals as<lb></lb>
the same are let be insured at a public Office by the Hospitals and the<lb></lb>
Money paid for such insurance received of the Tenant with the Rent the<lb></lb>
Sum proper to be insured being first as certained by the Clerk and</p>
