to the Lord Mayor Alderman
and Commons for granting the
Hospital a Lease of a piece
of Ground adjoining Apothecay's
apartmt for 883½ years at
1s. P Annum and that the sd.
piece of Ground be inclosed for
the use of the Apothecary
the same to the Judgment of this Honorable Court Dated this
3d. day of February 1790

that the Greatful thanks of this Court be given to The Right Honorable Lord
Mayor Aldermen and Commons in Common Council assembled for the relief and
accommodation afforded to the Hospital of Bethlem
by their said Resolution
the same was resolved in the Affirmative And it is Ordered that a Copy of
this Order be fairly Transcribed signed by the Clerk of these Hospitals and
transmitted to the Town Clerk of the City of London
to be by him communicated
to the next Court of Common Council
And it is further Ordered that it
be referred to the Grand Committee of Bethlem Hospital to inclose the said
piece of Ground and make such alterations in the House belonging to the
Apothecary of these Hospitals as they may think necessary and proper

Petitioner being ready and willing to take such a Number of Apprentices as
the Court should think proper and to keep his House in repair with Glairing
Plaistering and Whitewashing at his own expence as is usually done by
Artsmasters and to comply with all Orders of Court and Committee in relation
to Artsmasters and therefore praying to be Elected an Artsmaster
