are desired to make their Report thereon to this Court.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of William Grinsell< no role >
in the Words and figures following That your Petitioner was
for many Years of one of your Arts Masters and has Instructed many
Youths in making very rich Brocade Works Etc and made them
perfect Masters of their Business but growing in Years and being
very Infirm he was obliged to relinguish that Office and since that
time has hurt his Leg thro. a fall which turned to a mortification &
Obliged him to spend the greatest part of his Substence in
Attendance of a Surgeon Etc. that he is now in very indigent
Circumstances and necessitated humbly to Crave your Charity hoping
Gentlemen that you will commiserate his situation and bestow
upon him some subsistence and your Petitioner as in duty
Bound will every Pray. N.B. The Revd. W. White can inform
you Gentlemen of his Character during the time he was under
your worthy Inspection. It is Ordered that the said Petition
be referred to the House Committee and that they do report their
Opinion thereon to this Court.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Robert Covel< no role > of
the Parish of Wain fleet St. Mary in the County of Lincoln in
the words and figures following. That by a Contract or
Agreement in Writing bearing date the 8th. day of Novr. 1769
Your Worship's agreed to demise to your Petitioner All that
Messuage with the Out buildings and Appurts thereunto
belonging then in his Possession and also all those Fen Lands
and other Lands called and known by the several Names of the
Reed Fen Home Fen Decoy Fen Barn Fen Mill Men &
South Fen together with the Decoy situate on the said Fen
called Decoy Fen And also all those Pieces or Parcels of
Land called Home Close Mill Close The Acre Fen Bank Close
three Acres and Fourteen Acres all which Fen Lands and
other Lands are situate in the said Parish of Wain fleet Saint
Mary and contain by Estimation 1340A..1R..25P To hold the
same unto your Petitioner for Twenty one Years from Lady
