<p n="4267">But there Appearing to be due from Mr. Waite Late Steward<lb></lb>
(Father in Law to Mr. Griffiths) the sum of £925..10s..2d which we find<lb></lb>
after a Deduction of what the Court and the Auditors shall think<lb></lb>
reasonable to be allowed for his Additional trouble in Collecting<lb></lb>
in several increased Rents and Settliing with a Number of the<lb></lb>
Tenants Mr. Griffiths is ready to pay or write off his Ballance<lb></lb>
We think it right to settle the Account in that way and considering<lb></lb>
the trouble Mr. Waite had in Keeping the Accounts for several<lb></lb>
Years and receiving upwards of £12700.. neat Money from<lb></lb>
upwards of 200 Additional Tenants and that his Salary was<lb></lb>
only £50 a year we think it but reasonable he should be allowed<lb></lb>
the Additional Sum of £20 P Annum for 10 Years ending at<lb></lb>
Midsummer last amounting to £200 and when the Account is on<lb></lb>
liqudated we think Mr. Griffiths should be paid the remainder of the<lb></lb>
Ballance due to him out of the first Rents and Arrears that come<lb></lb>
to his Hands.</p>
