21 Years then to Come and unexpired Subject to one Equal Moiety of the Rent<lb></lb>
Taxes Repairs and other outgoings and to the Performance of the Covenants<lb></lb>
to be Contained in the said Lease on the Tenants part to be paid and performed<lb></lb>
and To hold one Equal Moiety of the Household goods Furniture unto the<lb></lb>
Petitoner his Executors Aministrators and Assigns to and for his and their<lb></lb>
own proper use and benefit as his and their own proper Goods and Chattels<lb></lb>
absolutely for ever And also To hold the remaining or other Moiety of him<lb></lb>

Moiety in manner therein after mentioned. that is to say that if the said<lb></lb>

12th. Day of May then next Ensuing that then and in such Case every matter<lb></lb>
therein contained so far only as concerned the said Abraham Harts Moiety<lb></lb>
of said Premises so Assigned to the Petitioner by way of Mortgage should<lb></lb>
lease determine and be void to all Intents and Purposes That the Petitioner<lb></lb>
is desirouse of having the said Lease so Contracted and Agreed for by the said<lb></lb>
