the Assistance of the Clerk and Surveyor of this Hospital had taken a<lb></lb>
Piece of the Estate at <rs type="placeName" id="BBBRMG20208_geo1840">Northleigh</rs>

<interp inst="BBBRMG20208_geo1840" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
in the Occupation of the said James<lb></lb>
Couling and that the Surveyor had by their Directions made an<lb></lb>
Estimate of the Annual Value of every Piece of Land comprized in<lb></lb>
the said Farm from which He was clearly of Opinion that £182 a<lb></lb>
Year was full as much as might be expected for that Farm until<lb></lb>
the Quicksets were become a good Fence and the Land Improved<lb></lb>
This Committee are therefore of Opinion that in Consideration of many<lb></lb>
Losses and Damages Sustained by the said Tenant on his said Farm<lb></lb>
and the high Rent for which the same has for ten Years past been let<lb></lb>
that the Sum of £334 be allowed to the said Tenant and deducted<lb></lb>
out of his Arrears of Rent due at Lady day last And that the Rent of<lb></lb>
£182 from that time be paid and accepted for the residue of the<lb></lb>
Term in lieu and full Satisfaction of the Rent of £200 a Year<lb></lb>
reserved by his Agreement for a Lease from this Hospital of the<lb></lb>
Court shall think proper and approve the same All which is<lb></lb>
Neverthless Submitted to the Judgment of the Court" This Court<lb></lb>
having duly Weighed and Considered the said Report doth<lb></lb>
unanimously Confirm the same.</p>
